Sorry if this article is a little sloppy and short on info compared to some of my other articles. I got some bad news today, so couldn’t dedicate a lot of time to it. Nevertheless, it contains some important information and I wanted to get it up ASAP.

Intro

In 2015, the WWF (founded by UNESCO’s Julian Huxley) and Center for American Progress (founded by Pizzagate’s John Podesta) created an Event 201 or Operation Lockstep style simulation for a global “food chain crisis,” titled Food Chain Reaction. They worked alongside Cargill, one of the world’s biggest food corporations (would be #15 on Fortune 500), who summarized the operation here.

Selected quotes

From the Cargill summary:

Climate, hunger, civil unrest and spiking food prices came together at the Food Chain Reaction game in Washington DC this week. Cooperation mostly won the day.

The game took the players from the year 2020 to 2030. As it was projected, the decade brought two major food crises, with prices approaching 400 percent of the long term average; a raft of climate-related extreme weather events; governments toppling in Pakistan and Ukraine; and famine and refugee crises in Bangladesh, Myanmar, Chad and Sudan.

Cooperation mostly won the day over the short term individual advantage. Teams pledged to build international information networks and early warning systems on hunger and crops together, invest jointly in smart agricultural technology and build up global food stocks as a buffer against climate shocks.

In the face of a steep price spike with looming global food shortages in 2022, the EU at one point suspended its environmental rules for agriculture and introduced a tax on meat.

The most eye-catching result, however, was a deal between the U.S., the EU, India and China, standing in for the top 20 greenhouse gas emitters, to institute a global carbon tax and cap CO2 emissions in 2030.

“Take the meat tax Europe wanted to impose, and think through that. What meat are you going to tax – does that mean poultry and beef or aquaculture as well? Where do you levy the tax, where does the money go, what are the unintended consequences?”

The game was built over the course of months, with maximal realism in mind. The scenario was extrapolated from events that have actually occurred in the real world, such as the food crisis of 2008-2009 or the recent string of hottest years and months on record.

“Most people started out with a short-term perspective, but transitioned to long-term measure pretty quickly – they started working to strengthen resiliency instead of just putting out fires.”

The realism of the exercise exceeded expectations, said former U.S. Senate majority leader Tom Daschle, who acted as a mentor to the players. “It’s much closer to the real world than you’d think. The people who play here are very committed and serious.

From the whitepaper itself (.pdf available here):

Round 2 Narrative: 2022–2024

While 2022 starts without crop problems, food is still expensive, and normal crop harvests are only large enough to slow the continuing rise in food prices. Public dissent continues and migration within and from food-importing Africa persists, in spite of progress on regional free trade agreements, exerting pressure on the African continent and Europe.

Russia and Ukraine experience heat stress that reduces grain supplies

In 2024, crop yields approach normal across the globe, except in the European Union, Russia, and the Ukraine, where heat and drought negatively impact production

Analysis

So, how does this “simulation” from 2015 compare to current political events, as of 2022? Pretty damn well. It almost seems like everything was planned out in advance.

“2020 to 2030”

This references both the Great Reset and United Nations’ Agenda 2030, also known as Sustainable Development, Agenda 21, and Vision 2050, which are all shady marketing terms that translate to “the globalist oligarchy is consolidating their power.” [See my longer article covering these topics in detail].

“Prices approaching 400 percent of the long term average”

I’m sure I don’t need to tell you how expensive everything is getting. This is a controlled demolition of the Western economy. They want a one-world digital currency and a two-tier society: Slaves and elites.

“Governments toppling in Pakistan and Ukraine”

The Russian invasion of Ukraine conveniently lines up with this simulation’s timescale. Plus, India “accidentally” fired a missile into Pakistan this week. Will we see a conflict in Pakistan too? That would be a pretty huge coincidence but the Russia-Ukraine war is already suspicious enough.

“Famine”

It should be noted that globalists have been steadily chipping away our food supply for a long, long time but the Russia-Ukraine conflict may kick things into overdrive:

  • Russia and Ukraine export 30% of the world’s grain and 19% of the world’s corn.
  • Russia is the second biggest fertilizer producer worldwide and exports 13% of the world’s potash.
  • Russia also exports 10% of the world’s oil, which neatly plays into the carbon agenda.

“Heat and drought”

“Climate refugee crises”

This has been a recurring theme for decades but rhetoric from leading politicians has ramped up as of late.

“Build international networks”

The globalist game is problem > reaction > solution. They create (or fabricate) problems worldwide and then offer the solution of more globalism. For example, leading politicians recently called for more globalism and less nationalism in an official UN WHO statement in response to the COVID scamdemic. The World Economic Forum officially lists “global governance” as one of the key aspects of The Great Reset, which will end in 2030.

“Smart technology”

The so-called “Smart” agenda is a major aspect of the “Fourth Industrial Revolution.” In brief, it means plugging everything into the internet — fridges, trashcans, cars, agricultural machinery, literally everything — and then using AI and machine learning to micromanage every aspect of society in a “sustainable” manner. [Again, I covered the Smart agenda in this longer article].

“Introduce a tax on meat”

Globalists have been trying to abolish meat consumption for decades. They want the masses to subsist on a malnourishing slave diet that keeps them stupid and weak. Obviously, they can’t just say “we want to enfeeble the slaves,” so they have to pretend that it’s about “sustainability.” There are numerous ways for elites to artificially reduce our meat supply. They could use another scamdemic to cull the animal population (see: swine flu, avian flu, foot and mouth, or even reverse zoonotic COVID transmission), implement insane regulations that make farming impossible (e.g. Australia and UK banning manure or Oregon expanding the definition of “animal abuse” to include all normal farming), or simply use their full-spectrum domination of the food industry to gradually phase meat out and replace it with 3D printed trash, soy, and bugpaste.

“Global carbon tax in 2030”

Globalists have been talking about a “carbon” tax for years and years. It’s basically a Communist-style wealth transfer from the working- and middle-classes in the First World to the globalist elite and people of the Third World. The United Nations’ SDG Climate Change website stated that they planned to “jointly mobilize $100 billion annually” by 2020 and, in 2016, they established a prototype carbon tax via their voluntary Carbon Offset Platform, which guilt trips dumb White people into paying for Third World industrialization. Back in 2019, I guessed that these taxes would become mandatory within a decade, perhaps under “Climate Reparations.”

“What are the unintended consequences?”

Evidently, these simulations are being used as dress rehearsals for psyops before they go live. As the Cargill article says:

The realism of the exercise exceeded expectations […] “It’s much closer to the real world than you’d think. The people who play here are very committed and serious.

Conclusion

Not much to add here. I guess you have to admire the audacity of these people to some degree: They openly and proudly announce their nefarious schemes years in advance and the masses mindlessly write it all off as a “baseless conspiracy theory.” If the COVID simulations (Event 201 and Operation Lockstep) are anything to go by, then it would be pretty safe to assume that globalists are planning a worldwide Neo-Holodomor. Old dogs, new tricks.
