MSM released another ridiculous depiction of Jesus – this time they turned him into a Jamaican (https://twitter.com/bbcbrasil/status/1378145578199224323).
For “some reason,” all modern depictions of Jesus paint him out to be darker pigmented than the average Saudi, when according to available DNA evidence, the population of Northern Israel was genetically closest to modern day Levantine peoples, such as Samaritans, Lebanese Christians, and Druze — all of whom look far more similar to Classical Antiquity depictions of Jesus than to the deep-fried Saudi Jesus peddled by the MSM.
I made the below infographic to debunk this ridiculous disinformation. I think Alessandro Tomasi’s facial reconstruction of Jesus is a very reasonable rendition. I hope Christian friends find use for this image.

Tomasi’s depiction is too European in the facial features. Christ was undoubtedly a Semite and had a Semitic face like the middle depiction top left. He was probably not very dark skinned, though.

Tomasi’s drawing looks just like the Druze on the right. Top middle left looks like an Indian or modern mixed North African or Arab, which does not match any artistic depiction of Him, and also violates common sense.
Maybe you could add a bit of a light-tawny hue due to the hot sun of the region.

Do you realize European were spread out in the Middle East? Semitic tribe weren’t always there. Semitic tribes didn’t existed in North Africa before the Islamic conquest. Berbers were the main ethnic group of North Africa.

Various Europeans have invaded the Middle East throughout history (like the Philistines https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philistines#Genetic_evidence), but European territory didn’t encompass the Middle East other than through imperial conquests and small invasions. We have genetic data of the people from ancient Middle East and they were pretty much the same as modern Middle Easterners.

That is not true or is dumb libtard propaganda. Arabs brought millions of black slaves into the middle east. Where did they go? The average iraqi is part Arab and 20% black because of this (check wikipedia “Afro-iraqi” and click on “view history” and go to an older revision).
Look at pictures of Mandaeans, Samaritans and Iraqi Jews. They look nothing like Arabs or north Africans and can pass for Armenians, Italians, etc. And does it make sense to you that the low IQ men of the middle east today, who live in squalor, could have invented civilization? Did these clowns build the pyramids, or have the genetics totally changed in 5000 years?

Where did the African slaves of the Islamic slave trade go? There were literally millions of them, and they don’t exist as a unique race in the middle east anymore. 1400 years of mixing gave us the “arab” look we see today.
Civilization began in the middle east. The low IQ people there today did not build it. Greeks/Romans spoke of the Phoenicians as being fair, and sometime blonde (Dido in the Aeneid). Really sounds like the average Syrian boat person right?

Several historical descriptions of Jesus exist he had light-coloured long hair and beard, fair skin and bright blue eyes. A Judean not a Jew, he was white.
